Welcome!

I am a heritage conservator, community organizer, writer and maker based in the Bay Area of California. I work as an Objects Conservator at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA).

This website encompasses preservation and collection care activities completed at various institutions including heuristic, archival, and analytical research; interventive treatments; outreach initiatives, and continuing education.

My craft is oriented towards an exploration of meditative processes and experimentation with materials; my creative direction is to surround myself with as many made, altered, restored objects as possible, and to be co-creating with those that inspire and motivate me. I have a predilection towards research and documentation, and find projects tend to weave – literally and conceptually – various aspects of my life into collated forms.

I am immensely grateful for the mentors in my life and learn regularly from my mentees. Reach out if you want to talk. I’ll make time!
