In the second episode of the season, we talk with Maddie Cooper, Graduate Fellow at the Winterthur/University of Delaware in Art Conservation about how her pre-program experiences in South Florida shaped her decision to specialize in Preventive Conservation and how she has curated her graduate school experience to focus in disaster planning and response, specifically, her experience at the University of Delaware’s Disaster Research Center. Maddie shared valuable insight from this experience, including her Climate Change for Cultural Institutions: What you need to know Infographic

It was so important for us have Maddie on the program this season, as we wanted to have a diverse group of speakers that could attest to challenges and privileges of addressing the climate crisis at particular stages of Conservation careers.
